The Democratizing Philanthropy Project exists to shift power to chronically underfunded, BIPOC-led organizations working on the frontlines by helping them build long-term, reliable small donor revenue and an activist base that will respond to calls to action. Nonprofits are overly dependent on grant-based, restricted purpose income, yet candidates and larger, white-led nonprofit organizations have unlocked power from diverse, democratized revenue streams from small donors. The Democratizing Philanthropy Project seeks to help hundreds of frontline, BIPOC-led, state power building organizations access and maximize this powerful capital.
DPP is hiring an experienced and passionate Program Manager to support organizational operations. The Program Manager is responsible for supporting multiple aspects of the Democratizing Philanthropy Project, including managing communication and timelines for all cohorts, providing support to our partners and participants, building program training materials, decks, and supporting our regular cohort evaluations.

We are looking for a Senior Account Executive to help businesses, advocacy groups, strategists, and media organizations utilize Civiqs’ diverse array of public opinion research services to meet their strategic objectives.
Civiqs offers clients the ability to run large-scale scientific public opinion surveys using its nationwide, proprietary online research panel. The Civiqs panel is the largest opt-in respondent panel in the United States with a primary focus on politics and policy. Research services include custom survey interviewing, data interpretation and analysis, daily tracking polls, and access to an extensive public opinion data archive. Civiqs releases many of its tracking poll results publicly on our award-winning website civiqs.com, with more available on a subscription basis.
The Senior Account Executive will identify potential clients, understand their needs, propose and scope out research solutions, and close deals. This role requires an entrepreneurial and assertive mindset with awareness of how public opinion polling data can benefit clients’ strategic goals. Successful candidates will have the opportunity to work on everything including leading pitch meetings, prospecting new leads, negotiating contracts, and helping build the team’s internal processes.
As one of the first members of the business development team, the Senior Account Executive will have significant opportunities to expand their roles and responsibilities, contribute to the company’s overall strategy and competitive positioning, and help build the business development team.
Responsibilities:
Experience: - 5-7 years experience in a quota-carrying sales or account management role at a software, consulting, research, or other professional services firm
Qualifications: - Proven ability to self-manage towards defined sales goals and other quantitative objectives - Ability to successfully build alliances toward common goals within the organization, and with clients and partner organizations - Ability to synthesize quantitative information and match client needs to Civiqs products and services - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Familiarity with the survey research field and its methods along with pre-existing relationships with decision makers within industry - BS/BA or equivalent work/life experience
Compensation: $110,500-$130,000 + incentives

We are hiring an experienced and results-driven Senior Research Data Analyst to join our team. As Senior Research Data Analyst you will be responsible for conducting surveys and producing results and analysis that are delivered to clients, media partners, and the public. Alongside a research team of statisticians and developers, you will perform all aspects of public opinion research: develop a deep understanding of the Civiqs Panel, construct survey requirements, design survey samples, analyze response patterns, interpret results, and perform weighting, modeling, and other statistical procedures common to public opinion survey research.
In this role, the analyst is critical to Civiqs’ mission of accurately measuring, interpreting, and communicating public opinion research findings. The analyst’s responsibilities will ensure that high research standards are being met at all times, and that survey projects are completed accurately and on time. The position requires a high degree of technical and survey research expertise, combined with excellent communication skills.
